What our Ad-hoc staff do:
- PA Escort: Safely escort vulnerable individuals to and from appointments, tests, and procedures within the hospital or medical facility. Ensuring that these individuals are comfortable and at ease during their appointments.
- Assist with Mobility: Supports vulnerable individuals with limited mobility in moving from one point to another (beds or chairs), providing support as needed to prevent falls or accidents.
- Individuals Comfort: Attend to comfort needs, including providing blankets, pillows, or beverages, and responding to call lights promptly as required.
- Information Relay: Serve as a communication link between service users and medical staff, relaying patient concerns, questions, or requests to appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Data Entry: Accurately record personal information , vitals, and other data as required, maintaining patient confidentiality and compliance with hospital policies.
- Sanitization: Maintain a clean and hygienic environment by sanitizing equipment, surfaces, and common areas in accordance with infection control protocols.
- Emergency Response: Assist during emergencies or code situations by following established procedures and providing support to medical personnel.
