Education and Experience: We have team members who completed specialized training in child development, behaviour management, and youth work. A few have also completed courses in counselling, communication, and family support. In the course of being on this career path, our team have worked with a diverse range of families and individuals, including children with challenging behaviours, and youth with expertise which includes working in schools, residential services (PA), and community-based organisations.
Frontline team have comprehensive understanding of child development and behaviour management strategies that are effective in working with children with challenging behaviours, and youth. Our skills include the ability to assess and identify the underlying causes of behaviour challenges, develop individualized plans for addressing these challenges, and provide ongoing support to families and individuals to ensure successful outcomes.
